In this Italian cooking workshop we'll make the Zuccotto a cold dessert with a soft sponge base, mascarpone and cream and covered with choccolate. Italian make Zuccotto to use up their left over Panettone or Pandoro! We will also make courgettes fried in Italian batter with mozzarella or smoked provola in the middle.
Please note the Italian Christmas dishes are available for a couple of months prior the festivity.
