Crostini and Fiocchi

The starter is toasted homemade bread topped with the peperonata which is a sauce made with peppers, tomatoes and olives.


Italians also use this sauce with the pasta or as a side dish.


The dessert is a relatively modern Neapolitan cake filled with ricotta, cream, and custard.
