A type of Italian pasta made with potatoes and pumpkin. The pumpkin will add extra colour and sweetness to the dish. It can be served with butter and sage sauce or a more creamy sauce made with the Italian/ Lombard "Taleggio" (a mild cheese with a strong aroma).
